Kerry Webb was a Building Society Manager at Skipton
Building Society for 13 years at Manchester, Oldham
and Rochdale branches,
She sold both mortgages/insurance/life cover etc and
also financial services for the last ten years. Having
achieved branch of year award on both sales and
customer services out of 94 branches in my final year
at Skipton, Kerry decided that she needed to set up
herself as she worked far too hard to be an employee
for somebody else.
KW Mortgage Services LTD was set up in August 2005, in
which time Kerry has done 200 mortgage applications,
this has been done from solely working at developing
the business. This includes both word of mouth
recommends, which is where a high percentage of
business comes from and also business contacts Kerry
has made along the way and built very strong
relationships with.
Due to the growth of the Company, KW Mortgages
recruited a business writer that works under KW
Mortgage Services and again she was previously a
Skipton Manager for 10 years.
In a nutshell, we have experience in dealing with both
the mortgage business and also the customer service
side of things, which to Kerry is the most important
part.
KW Mortgages is set up as an appointed Rep of Pink
Home loans, and has the highest compliance grading
that can be achieved, this is because we always ensure
that the compliance side of the Company is adhered to.
We are whole of Market Adviser which offers customers
the flexibility they demand in the current market. We
are very proud of the fact that we had the most
completions in November out of all the other Advisers
that are part of the Pink Network (approximately 500).
We feel this provides an example of the high standard
that we are achieving.
We at KW Mortgages are very interested in building a
relationship with an estate agent, due to the level of
opportunities it would create for us as a business; we
feel that this would be of benefit to both parties
going forward.
